Correct. Not quite. The Negroni is one part gin, one part sweet vermouth, one part Campari. Its bitter red color comes from the Campari.

Made by someone who ran a bar

I owned and ran a pub in Ottawa for fifteen years. Today I help independent restaurant owners find where their margin is going through Serson Restaurant Consulting. Last Call is a side project for the same crowd: people who work in bars and restaurants, and the people who drink in them.

If you own a restaurant and want to talk through your numbers, book an intro call.

Last Call is for adults of legal drinking age. It doesn't sell, deliver, or promote the purchase of alcohol. It's free to play and supported by optional ads.
